A Little About Me
Hi, I’m Zoe Ellis! I’m a passionate educator with nearly ten years of experience serving students in both DCPS and PGCPS schools. Over the years, I’ve worked as a classroom teacher, English Learner (EL) teacher, interventionist for math and reading, and an instructional coach supporting teachers in both subjects.
I live in Washington, DC, and I’ve seen firsthand the gaps that many students face when it comes to foundational skills—especially in reading. That’s why I created this program: to support students who need targeted help, and to empower those who want to strengthen or excel in their skills.
Through small-group instruction, personalized lessons, and research-based strategies, I’m committed to helping every child grow into a confident, capable reader.
